Definition incident:

  • Personal assistance via Team-Viewer.
  • The processing of a defined problem or the assistance with a defined question.
  • As part of an incident, there is no extensive training, you are welcome to book our basic training or individual training. More information about the training can be found at the bottom of this page.
  • Should turn out that a software error is the cause of the incident, the incident will be deactivated again. The purchased package can not be returned in this case, except for standard incidents and payment via Paypal.
  • Later than 24 months after purchase expire acquired incidents.
